WTF Affirmations are self-serve tools proven to help people cope with a variety of day-to-day problems. They are effective in both work and within educational settings.
Our counsellors developed WTF Affirmations to enable people to find their own answers and make their own choices.
The Affirmations allow people to gain a different perspective to cope with life's challenges. The individual can then make positive changes where necessary.
WTF Affirmations can complement other support interventions, such as counselling, mentoring or mediation. You could offer them as part of a support package to help people return to work from long-term illness, for example.

Feedback on use of the Affirmations has been very positive. We have given the Affirmations to students struggling with issues relating to anxiety, sleep, general stress and low mood.
